As horgen said skyrim nexus would be a better place to check as the mod causing the issue may have your issue listed as a bug with a fix.

If you want the full 4K version, download and install the original files from the Nexus instead. Any improvement of Skyrim's ugly junk will be good. Just try to take out a bunch of mods and see if the game manages to work or not. All subjective to personal taste, too. It is no longer on the Nexus and I always wanted to start my old Dagi-Raht Monkish Badass of Doom and Destruction and the retexture is the only one that brings the character out the way I want it. Maybe someone else knows what it is called. From what I understand, since I'm primarily using custom races, if there are certain textures or bodies I wish to use, I need to add it to that race's folder. I took the suggestion in the nexus forum thread and used True Daughters of Skyrim with this mod and they look great together. He has a very detailed list of mods and a guide to help you along. The load order looks fine to me. Although, you may see some overlapping textures here and there. Also check out this mod.
I say remove the Clothing and Clutter fix and Rustic Clothing. Generally texture improvement mods shouldn't conflict like say two mods that both change combat or ai for instance. Ensure you reset archive invalidation, not sure where it is in Mod Organizer, but it should be there. Because in my data files there's three of them. However this is just a rough solution I cannot really prove. I'd take a look at anything that's adding scripts, they can bog you down.

I just throw in mods that I think are cool, and if it doesn't work, I turn it off.
