They were barely even worth sleeping with, but hey, a girl has to eat. I have been reading sci-fi and fantasy for basically thirty years. You can now bring adventure and wonder with you wherever you go. Actions have consequences across The Land, with powerful creatures and factions now hell-bent on Richter's destruction. Richter and Sion have their work cut out for them! I like to think of this book as a journey instead of a story to finish.
Anyone else will probably find this book and perhaps the whole genre juvenile and ridiculous. If there was an abridged version without cause language and the cutting spoiler alert of certaon appendages, this book would be enjoyed by a much larger audience! Leveling, world building, awesome items, and what's that you say? Welcome to the Mist Village! Every Single Book improves the story and keeps you both entertained and excited. But in the battle between Dark and Light, what can Edward choose if both sides are cruel, uncaring monsters? And for anyone who read the books, and didn't listen to them on audio book, I encourage you to go back and listen to Nick Podehl's narration. I did not mind this so much in the other books because the references were dropped on occasion. Just please bring in some female characters who are there for more than their boobs and to be able to make more innuendos. World governments are preparing for impact with deep earth bio-dome bunkers, but only a select few lottery winners will be saved.
Now if only I can read something else before I tear through all these and have none left. As the characters develop and grow, we are also given some quite emotional and impactful events for the main character to face. Anyways, I still stand by the fact that this is my number 1 series in books ever done! Great characters, in depth scene descriptions and great comedy relief are what make this series great. When she travels to Orlyn to validate the claims of the local faith, she discovers a conspiracy that could lead to a war between the world's three greatest powers. He also does almost weekly giveaways of shirts, signed books and other loot! There is one rather graphic scene dealing with bodily mutilation involving the male genitalia, which may not be appropriate for younger readers.
Without even a fraction of his previous power, he vows to pull through and have revenge on those who betrayed him. Let me say this, it is well worth the read or listen in this case, so get this book and if you haven't gotten the first 2 get them to. How could he not understand that the forces of destruction would demand their due. It is a genre that is difficult to write, but Aleron Kong pulls it off perfectly. I hope that there would be more surprises another dragon perhaps on the next book.
Everything out of his mouth is childish sexual innuendo and out of place pop culture references that make no sense considering the future setting the book takes place in. Richter and Sion are in a fight for their very lives. You can now bring adventure and wonder with you wherever you go. I still look forward to what is going to happen but not with the same goal of reaching the end of each book. Awaken Online is a brand new virtual reality game that just hit the market, promising an unprecedented level of immersion.
Como los anteriores, libro ligero y sin muchas pretensiones, prosa no muy complicada, algo que agradezco cuando leo en inglés, y con un ritmo muy bueno. As with the second book, the third in the series lacks any detailed prequel which is often used to catch the listener upon any of the activities of the previous book. I was very excited to read about Richter's continued growth as a leader as well as the consistently beautiful descriptions, engaging stat charts and expanding flavor texts! Too much misogyny for my liking, the main character is basically an infantile sexist asshole who has a really strange concept about women. Their enemies are circling and the Powers they have awakened are barely under their control. The entire story is written as if he is in a dream where his success only depends on how he is feeling. I like it when Sion at least is along. I think that the ring was simply a signal.

My advice for Aleron is to delete those horrible, unfunny sentenctes from the story because they are seriously taking down the whole experience. The title says it all. Number one in cyberpunk and video game fantasy with over 10,000 positive reviews! Ok these books desperately need an editor, both for some basic spelling and grammar and also just previously stated facts that get forgotten. Stop reading my review and use your next 7 credits on this series! Still, it's a fantastic book with a great cover art.
My advice for Aleron is to delete those horrible, unfunny sentenctes from the story because they are seriously taking down the whole experience. If I was reading the book instead of listening, I'd probably skim all of those sections. About I am someone who enjoys listening to a variety of audiobooks genres and also interacting with authors, narrators, and publishers about their work. However, I found myself becoming annoyed with this book. I often found every time I was settling in and just enjoying the story, Richter would say something obnoxious. If you are at all excited to see where our hero goes, this book continues right where book two left off.
For now, I see why no publishers have picked up any of these books. According to legend, those few who reach the top of the tower will be granted a boon by the spire's goddess. Yet, we also see that delaying taking action can itself have negative results. There are no damsels to save. He's in desperate need of an escape, and this game is his ticket to finally feeling the type of power and freedom that are so sorely lacking in his real life.
